We purchased a vehicle approximately four weeks ago, signed all the paperwork, and drove it home. Four weeks later, we still cannot get a clear answer about the status of our financing. Days after the purchase, we were instructed to call Suncoast and answer additional questions. I did exactly that. Suncoast told me it would communicate with the dealership’s finance team and that the dealership would follow up. I subsequently received a time-sensitive letter that arrived with insufficient time for me to reasonably meet the response deadline. The ball has been dropped repeatedly by Anthony in finance. I texted him. At one point, he was out of the office, but he never followed up. I called and left a message—no response. I texted again, including both Anthony and our salesperson, Quentin. Still no response from Anthony. Quentin did return my call. He is a nice guy and has been eager to help get a ding repaired on the vehicle, which I appreciate. But a cosmetic repair is not my priority when we still have no idea where our financing stands. He also assured me the financing issue would be addressed, but I have not received a resolution or a clear update. I understand that financing can require additional information. What I cannot accept is having to chase the dealership for weeks after following the instructions I was given. I am now having to escalate to management for basic answers that should have been communicated without repeated calls and texts. The dealership was available to sell us the car. I expected that same responsiveness after we signed. The lack of communication, ownership, and follow-through from finance has made this an unnecessarily stressful buying experience.

Had appointment for an oil change. The day before my appointment, my low tire light came on. O checked the dash to see the tire pressures. All the pressures were low, but only one was flashing. After my service the light was off. 2 days later, the light came on again. I checked the pressures on the dash again. 3 of the tires were at the same pressure as 2 days ago, and one was too high. Instead of checking and adjusting all the tire pressures during my previous service, the tech just added air to the one tire that turned the light on. Not the type of service I expect from a dealership. I will give them another shot when I'm due for service again, and hope for a better result.

It was a very nice experience the gentlemen who too care of me was courteous and helpful the coffee water and snacks were a very nice touch your waiting room was comfortable all in all a nice experience

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dealership was clean and had coffee and snacks for everyone waiting! My service advisor was amazing! I’d say best experience I’ve had there because of him!

From the time Michael King met me at my car, then Anthony showed me a chip on my windshield, Both these gentlemen were polite and professional, I appreciated the Uber transportation to and from my home because the work on my car was exceeding expectations as for time to perform. And the hot chocolate was good too. I wish your sales staff were the same as your service people. I am being asked to rate June Rodriguez, I do not know who that is,, I dealt with Michael King and I give him 5 stars. I do not know Anthony's last name but I would give him the same rating,

Had an appointment waiting 3 hour 1/2 with appointment. Not happy. Why do appointments

Drop car for oil change and tire rotation. Premarket tires to insure rotated according to owners manual. Rotated differently, no good reason by service provided except yall wanted to do front end alignment and change air filter under 12k miles on brand new car.

I was late for my service appointment and still got me in. Exceptional service

Not a good experience at all. Sorry but getting a call back took way too long and we had to call back a day later. Seems the tech had a very difficult time diagnosing the issue. Someone else had to after a full day. I was able to get the part I needed sooner than the dealership and frankly, you are too expensive. I called a local small shop and they were much more helpful. This is hysterical. It won’t let me pick NO above and submit this survey. This is a NO.
