I just want to shout out manager assistant Michael King in service! I was visiting family out of town and unexpectedly my engine light came on and we all know that brought my frustration level to 100 really quick! Imagine being out of town over 100 miles from home and this happens to your fairly new vehicle! The compassion, professionalism and efficiency to handle my vehicles problem was excellent! Thankfully the issues were all under warranty but I had to wait 5 days before everything was taken care of! I'm thankful they provided me with a complimentary vehicle! Then, the unimaginable happened, I was driving the complimentary car and yup, you guessed it - A FLAT TIRE! It turned from bitter to sweet really quick as Hyundai was able to have road side assistance to get me back to the dealership! (That process, I had to handle single handedly, I do wish if that happens to someone that Hyundai would have stepped in) but all is well! Lastly, I'd like to thank Michael, his professionalism, kindness and even humor made this process a little better, Thank you! P.S shout out to Rick as well, he was the one who greeted me upon my arrival to pick up my vehicle and I appreciate his help and support and for being so kind!! You just can't find people to be nice these days so I truly appreciate that! Oh yeah, Hyundai of Fort Myers - please adjust the AC in the waiting area! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Communication is poor, no one answers the phone when you call or calls you back when you leave a message. You had my vehicle over a week to replace my headliner that was previously damaged at your dealership and did not once offer to give me a vehicle to drive so I had to come out of my own pocket for a rental car meanwhile my car is under warranty still. I got my vehicle back and noticed my microphone is not working when making phone calls, brought it back the next day and once again they had no car for me to drive so there was another inconvenience. Waited 3-4 days for them to say nothing was wrong but as soon as i start to drive the microphone cuts out and no one can hear me when i make phone calls through the car. Also noticed they scratched up my lower B pillar plastic taking gouges out of it. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this dealership, if the next closest dealership wasn’t a hour away i would drive there. The only reason I go back is to fix what you guys messed up to begin with.
