This is not a good review. Not only did you perform a service I didn't ask for, rotate my recently purchased new tires, but you charged me for it. Then you damaged one of the tires and had to replace it. Ok things happen. When i picked up my car, you failed to go over my bill and recap what was done. I learned you did a recall without telling me. Now my car AV tries to start navigating and never fully completes booting up. I look at the dash and see all my tires are overinflated at 40 and 39 PSI. Plus when I pointed out you charged me for tire rotation, you are unable to to give me a credit on the spot. You asked if I can have a credit on file or you need two weeks to process a check and mail it to me. Mail it in today's digital age? No i'm not a happy customer.
