My Hyundai Santa Fe wouldn’t start at home. I used the Hyundai emergency link. Help arrived twenty minutes later to jump start my car. Drove to Hyundai dealership service which was open to my surprise! On a Sunday! I thought I was going to use their drop-box. Tyler checked me in quickly and we waited in the service area. After service checked the battery, it was determined I need to leave it for more testing. Tyler did a fabulous job communicating with me about all that was being done. Service need to keep for another day. I picked up on Tuesday. So far so good! Thanks Tyler!

This is a tough review to write. I had a very odd experience and it may be too soon to pen it. From speaking to 1 salesman that ultimately stopped replying. Then being passed to a fast talking typical shady salesman, who gave me false information to get me to the dealership to finally working with a direct helpful salesman. I'll save the details in the middle but the end wasn't great. When I first looked at the car they brought up front, the 2nd day they brought it up front and was ready for my 9am appt. Once the deal was finished the car was parked on the side and I had to hunt down the salesman to ask hey where is it... he point oh it right on the side. They were both working with other customers and I no longer felt like a priority. Overall not the worst, not the best quite middle of the road. Make sure you have everything in order. Write down your list of things and make sure you see everything.

The Video (a nice touch) was not in English making it worthless to me. Service was incomplete. I specifically asked them to make sure the plastic splash guards were secured since it had been hanging since the last service. I arrived to pick up car and it was still hanging. How that could be missed while doing an oil change is beyond me. Diala Abu-Haniyi Service Advisor did an excellent job start to finish. I give her 5 stars.

I bought my vehicle at Fort Myers,a 2025 Santa Fe,was paying 8.9 %,Rex and Edwin in sales worked hard to put me in a 2026 Santa Fe, we were so upside down, but they worked hard to get us 1.9%, Great people. Then a had a tire that kept going flat,made a mistake and taking my Santa Fe to a Hyundai dealer in Vencis Fl.after the 2nd visit there they charged me to fix a flat, guess what it went flat again. Went to Fort Myers on the 2nd visit,they put on a new tire, and gave me a loaner, for a week, Ashley in the Service dept was so caring, and thoughtful she and Service mgr.Felicia, did everything right to solve our dilemma, I diffinetly would recommend Fort Myers, Service and Sales, it’s real hard to find good people that will work to rectify your issues.
