Brought my vehicle back to get the radio replaced. When I dropped it off this morning the USB port was working. When the tech replaced the radio port is now not working. I immediately came back to the dealership to have them check it out! I will not be paying to have this looked at this is to much of a coincidence that's it not working correctly. She service manager attempted to see using another cord would work and it did not. He got out of my car and went to get his card and did not come back. I called Dalia and she said she would be back on Tuesday. She has been amazing but I'm disappointed that the vehicle was not checked out to make sure everything was working. I should not be having these problems on a vehicle that only has 53,000 miles on it!

Overall, I give your Service a very good rating. I was there for recalls, and the overall service took just about an hour once they got started not bad. Diala was my service person, and she was excellent. When I told her I could not come in your service center because of my allergies, she was understanding and accommodated me. The reason you didn’t get a five star it’s not because of her or the Service team. As it happened, the service was completed before I expected. Bravo! I got out of the place so quickly, but I forgot something and left it in the lounge area on the dealer side realizing my mistake. I called the place after finally getting somebody on the phone, I explained to him who I was, who my service person was, and exactly where the item was that I had left. They assured me that they would take care of it when I arrive there an hour later to pick up the item, nothing had been done. I asked them to inform Diala, and they didn’t. I asked them to take the item out of the public view, and they didn’t as it happened, I was able to retrieve it as it was exactly where I had left it, no thanks to your service team. Thanks for reading this.
