7 years later, I found out Hyundai service is incredibly good! Let me explain... In August 2019 I picked up my new Palisade from Hyundai of Fort Myers. It turns out this is the first perfect vehicle I have owned. It had no defects, no need for dealer service or any issues for 7 years! I had the oil changed regularly and that is all it has needed. There were a couple of pending recalls that were not very significant, plus my windshield was recently cracked by a rock from a truck. So I brought my Palisade to the original dealer for the first time in 7 years. I did not know what to expect. Tyler, my service advisor, went out of his way to help us and make everything painless and worry free. Repairs were done perfectly. Great communications. The dealership is clean and organized. Overall, I give the service department a 10 out of 10. Thank you!
