Who ever thought that a trip to the dealership for service would be a bright spot in my day? I was greeted warmly by Ruby who was friendly and efficient. She listened to my concerns and assured me everything would be taken care of. When it came time to pay my bill for my 27,000-mile services, Ruby also applied my new Hyundai coupon for $20 off the service of fixing my tire with a nail in it. I was very pleased with the service technician's "under the hood" video once he assessed what needed to be done. The "undercarriage" video showed me all mechanical parts and included the nail in my tire. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner while I sipped my freshly brewed Chai and relaxed in the comfortable service area lounge. This is my 6th Santa Fe, and I love this 2023 Hybrid model. It is like coming home when I go to my Hyundai of Fort Myers dealership! Thank you :-)

Overall, it was a solid experience. They took care of what I asked and reminded me of upcoming warranties that would be expiring in the near future. That said, they recommended an engine filter replacement. I did agree to the air cabin filter, but the initial quote seemed exceptionally high especially considering the front desk receptionist is the one who replaced the filter himself. Initially, they were quoting me approximately $79 for the replacement and then I realized it was overpriced so the receptionist agreed to lower the labor costs. Watching him change the filter it took maybe 1 minute. In addition, it was not until after I realized that they charged me a “discard” fee for the old filter which does not have any hazardous materials so could’ve just been thrown away in garbage. Nonetheless, while the experience was good, I’d recommend that clients ask for an itemized receipt of costs prior to agreeing to any services as there was unnecessary fees in addition to overpricing.

0/10 customer service skills, waited 1 hour and 30 mins for my car to get done with an oil change. I finally had to go up to the desk and ask somebody if my car was done and they said yes it’s been done… Why didn’t anyone come and grab me earlier? This is the second time I’ve had a horrible experience at this dealership. When I bought my car, I paid for free oil changes up until 60,000 miles which I have not reached yet and every time I go in they tell me I have to pay. It seems I always have to jump through loopholes and explain to the service people that know I have free oil change changes. But regarding me waiting 90 minutes is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that I was standing there waiting and nobody could’ve came and grabbed me is even more insane. I can tell you I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership.
