When my local Hyundai dealer wasn't as forthcoming about the vehicles they had in stock and pricing as I would have liked, I reached out to Hyundai of Fort Myers. I worked with Tanner and John. Tanner was able to find me the vehicle that I wanted, Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium Hybrid, at the price I was looking for. John took care of us at delivery. What a difference in service! The salesmen I worked with promised my vehicle I was buying had a warranty from the previous owner, certified preowned. The sales manager didn't care, said there was no warranty, and left for the day halfway through our conversation. I had to pay for an extended warranty, after negotiating for three hours, six hours at the dealership as a whole, to be lied to and still have to pay out of pocket. Will not do business with this dealership again ???????

My tires were rotated but the air pressure was never checked and I had a low pressure tire. I was also never told about the shop fee even though I specifically asked to tell me how much my bill would be and lastly my ac is not working correctly after I left the dealership but it was working fine prior and of course I'm at over 60k miles so that seems very shady.
