We left our car there...our only vehicle...and they didn't even work on it the first day, although we had an appointment. We texted and called Hernandez several times to try to find out the status and he ghosted us before leaving for the day. My husband had to cancel a doctor's appointment because of this. The next day, Hernandez called and said that there was a 'misunderstanding'...unless he is a moron, I don't know how anyone could 'misunderstand' several texts and phone calls wanting to know the status of their vehicle. We don't even know why Hyundai of FM bothers with appointments when it appears that they are not given priority.

This was a terrible experience to say the least. We came in desperate need of a financial break through to get things in our life financially stable and showed up to sell back a car we had bought from them. We were greeted by a friendly customer service representative who got us coffee and asked what we needed but after that everything was a nightmare. They said they would buy the car back and they did … everything was fine … but when it came to giving us the money for the car AFTER signing all the paperwork … we have to wait days for the check !
