Front service staff are very good, but honestly the actual service people need to be better supervised and more careful. First they installed a new tire backwards, even though the tire is specifically mared 'inside' (which we saw on the outside of the tire the next day after install!). Now we brought the car back for a non-working lumbar stich, which worked just before the seat belt recall repair was done. While it seems pretty obvious that something was damged during the seat belt fix (and others have reported similar online), they kept the car all day and when we came back to pick up the car ('ready for pick up'), only then di I notice the receipt saying that a part had been ordered! No one told us that on the phone or even as we were checking out expecting that the switch was fixed already, and now we had to bring the car back again after the switch came in. They also denied any relationship to the seat belt repair (maybe in order to shift responsibility financially back to Hyundai under warranty versus breakage during seat belt service?). Finally, after we brought it back and the switch was fixed, as we drove the car off the lot, the hood release handle literally fell off...why was that even loosened? And why was the steering wheel repositioned at its low setting and not returned to the position it was in when the car was brought in, along wih the headrest position? Seems the service folks working on the car really pay no heed to their craft or to customer settings when working on the car!

Would have 5 stars except they did not have the recall part we needed even though we scheduled the recall servce at least 2 weeks in advance. We live in Ohio and scheduled the servce well in advance. Although our car had only 1284 miles on it, we scheduled an oil change si ce we were going to be at the dealer anyway. So we got a oul change we didn't really need, and did not get the recall service done. Now we have to schedule another appointment once the part comes in. Very inconvenient.

We were towed to the dealership with a flat tire.Dairelis was our service manager. She had to work through the process of having the tires ordered through parts, then deal with the warranty company to get the tires replaced. She made a bad situation a lot better. She pulled up a loaner car and kept us informed throughout the whole process.
