They are always nice and accommodating or at least they always been to me. I have autism and dyslexia and they always help me to know what I’m signing and stuff. They always take good care of me. The Toyota dealership before I bought this car was not good to me. I see bad reviews about you guys but I have had nothing but great service. When I had a small problem after I bought my car I thought you wouldn’t fix it for free under warranty because usually they say oh no that’s not covered under the warranty stuff so it’s hard to get warranty stuff done but you guys did it. Thanks for everything. I hope you guys can help out night to shine at my church. I will tell everyone about you guys. I haven’t had a problem with my car yet and people say they have a lot of problems they need to look at the new ones. Maybe the older ones but my Electra, hybrid blue is great and great gas mileage. This is a real review no one payed me or asked me to say anything. I miss Mike he was a great person there at was the old tigers manager. loved talking about Detroit with him when I came in when he had a few minutes. The only thing I would say is fix the service that tells you about your car I didn’t get any updates on my car when it went in for an oil change had to come back from the mall thinking nothing was done but it was. Great technician and service rep. Work done on time. Service rep was courteous. Assistance and explanation were very helpful. Done is a speedy time frame. I was called when finished as promised. Efficient and professional.

The advisers try to keep you informed as best they can; it's the techs that are not well versed (Spanish) or English)for me I needed English) on the inspection report. Too much time is spent with nothing being done (vehicles sitting) before the actual problem gets diagnosed & worked on! Some people have the common sense to figure what the issue is when they first come in. There should also be a quality control system established after so that something worked on is forgotten to be put back in place as was my case

Time line for inspection, express oil change, & brake fluid change took over 2-1/2+hours; an hour much longer than it should have!

EFE was my service advisor. He was courtious, professional and considerate. His assistance was beyond excellent and I cannot thank him enough. I always like this dealership and the great service EFE provided means that when I need to buy a car I will come to this dealership.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. I paid for a deep cleaning, but when I got my vehicle back, several of my personal items had not been put back. In addition, the center console was not cleaned thoroughly, which was disappointing considering I paid for a deep cleaning service. I also had a difficult time getting updates. I called multiple times and felt like I wasn't getting a response or any sense of urgency regarding my missing belongings. When the dealership eventually found some of my missing items, they apologized for not being able to locate one of the remaining items. It wasn't until I asked what they were going to do to replace the missing item that they offered to purchase a replacement. I appreciated that they ultimately made it right, but I don't feel I should have had to ask for a resolution. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and the way the situation was handled made this a frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service.
