This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Communication is poor, no one answers the phone when you call or calls you back when you leave a message. You had my vehicle over a week to replace my headliner that was previously damaged at your dealership and did not once offer to give me a vehicle to drive so I had to come out of my own pocket for a rental car meanwhile my car is under warranty still. I got my vehicle back and noticed my microphone is not working when making phone calls, brought it back the next day and once again they had no car for me to drive so there was another inconvenience. Waited 3-4 days for them to say nothing was wrong but as soon as i start to drive the microphone cuts out and no one can hear me when i make phone calls through the car. Also noticed they scratched up my lower B pillar plastic taking gouges out of it. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this dealership, if the next closest dealership wasn’t a hour away i would drive there. The only reason I go back is to fix what you guys messed up to begin with.
