My Service Advisor Carol Fernandez was the best! She was knowledgeable about all aspects of service. From spark plugs to filters! She kept me updated, explained the video of my service. Explained the costs. She even found me a soda when requested one. No complaints at all. She has an upbeat fun personality as well. I had a totally different experience in sales. Sergio took me over to Sales because I had checked a box about get my car appraised. He was very nice . He introduced me to a woman who took Down my info and asked me appropriate questions about what I liked about my car what kind of cars would I would be interested in seeing. She said she had a verified pre owned 2026 Tucson white with grey interior that she thought I would like to see. She left to get the car and the Sales manager came back with and said she was yet dismissed her and told me he would get several cars lined up for me to see he away and never came back. He left me at her desk alone , walked by me 4-5 times talking to others. Very busy. I got up walked around the showroom twice. Which mind you only had a pick up truck and 1 Tucson in it. I checked out the popcorn machine. Sat back down at my empty desk. Then I saw the sales manager take a couple into his office and close the door. 30-45 minutes had passed and he never came back to me. So l picked up my things and walked over to the Service waiting room where I felt welcome. No one from sales ever tried to find me or reach out to me. They may have lost a sale! Mind you I paid cash for my last vehicle!

Went in for my Tucson check up and also did a recall on the car , all in less than 2 hours.

Efe Atay made my service appointment a great experience. No one thinks of a repair on your car great in any way, but Efe treated me like I was an important person and the issues with my car were important. In a world where people have lost the ability to be patient and kind. Efe still has that ability. Needless to say, he's my new favorite person.

I came in for an oil change And they provided a ride home and then a ride back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. It was wonderful. I didn’t have to stay there.

10/10 experience! I had to get the A/C fixed, recall for my rear camera, and a fuel system cleaning done on my Elantra, and I fully expected my car to be in the shop for days. Carol was awesome and kept me constantly updated along the way, and my mechanic had everything perfectly fixed and back to me in just 6 hours. He was super honest and saved me money by catching that my "broken" window was actually just a bumped child safety lock. Fast, transparent, and fairly priced. I will definitely be coming back!

Sandra was great, but the person who did the contract charged me the sales tax on the full vehicle price before the trade in, instead of the price after the trade in like he was supposed too and I didn't notice it until after the deal was done. It cost me an extra 880 dollars and they wouldn't give me it back because they said the deal was already done

From the sales personnel to finance to the service department everyone was very helpful. Marco definitely went above and beyond from listening to my needs, not pushing more than I asked for, and making every detail perfect with my new car. I appreciated it all.

The service was excellent I was very happy no complaints. I will definitely continue to use Hyundai for my service. The Dairelis who took care of me was great!
