This dealership is not focused on good customer service and lacks the proper communication with the customer when jobs take longer than they should. This apt was made a week before the apt date. I explained what was wrong and what part was needed, in the appropriate section on the online at portal. The service tech Ashley, did not seem to know what I had written in the online appointment system. No part was ordered until after we dropped off the car. We were told the part was expected 2 days after dropping off the car, as was the service completion. That Friday we received what was termed a “courtesy call” to tell us at the latest it would arrive the next day and the car would be ready. Over the next 3 days, no further calls came. I called, twice only to find out the part had not arrived and it was unclear as to exactly when it would. We didn’t get notification that the work was complete until Tuesday, a full week after we brought it in for service. To be clear this was a job that should have taken no more than 2 hrs. Also, the third party sales people in the drop off section trying to sell you new windshields is annoying. This is our second experience with this dealerships service dept and the second time it was a bad experience. Because of this I will not bring my car back, nor would I buy a vehicle from them., nor would I recommend this dealership.

I cannot find the words to express how impressed I am with the quality of service in the parts and service department. The staff’s courtesy, attentiveness, and kindness are perfect; they make me feel important, as if I were the dealership's only customer. They don't try to sell unnecessary items or charge just to answer questions—which is the impression I used to get at dealerships. Hyundai Fort Myers changed my perspective; I found genuine parts, specialized service, fair pricing, and impeccable customer care.

Went w a nail in tire. Have tire coverage on certified used Hyundai I purchased a little over a mo ago- asked to check all tires as they were showing all diff pressures. They said they would balance etc Told me brake fluid was discolored and tried to upsell me to replace. Said it should be clear not yellow. I have barely driven it- Got an 'inspection' report to sign off wanting to charge $100+ for wheel balance and alignment which I declined I shouldn't have had to pay anything. Told me I didn't need oil change or anything yet service overdo light on now and tires are still totally different air numbers. Did the same to my son when he went in after his car shut off in the middle of a U-turn lane Upsell upsell upsell. Ridiculous and unwarranted.
