I would have given it zero stars if it had been an option. I left a message for the service manager as well as a message for the general manger to call me as soon as I dropped my car off. I received a call from the service manger today - (2 days later) and no call from the General Manager. after leaving your dealership, I did however, get 3 calls within an hour from a Mike in the service department because he left another customer’s key fob inside my car!!! I will be following up with letters to both of them. I have never in my 73 years reported any company to the Better Business Bureau. I had a huge issue with a friend I referred to your dealership after purchasing my vehicle and it was a horrific experience for my friend who did also purchase her vehicle with you. I should have reported it back then when I realized all the other complaints against your dealership but I had other pressing health issues at the time. You may want to look up the info you have on my friends’ purchase experience - her name is Cherie Hazel - you’ll find letters she wrote and the outcome of her complaints. As I said, I will be sending a detailed letter detailing my experiences.
