She provided the level of customer service we sought, yet didn’t find at other dealerships. Also, this dealership was willing to offer the very best deal! Buying a used car is never easy, but Jeremy was great at showing us an unfamiliar '24 Odyssey. He was a likeable, relateable, and nice young man. We don't buy cars often, our most recent purchase was over ten years ago when cars came with keys! The negatives were about the dealership and its processing of the sale. The first number they produced was almost 7k above the listed price. New to us were the $1300 dealer fee, the optional extended warranty that you're expected to opt out of instead of into, and their required in-house license and registration costs, which were much higher than the old "temporary plate, drive to DMV, and do it yourself fees." Last, it took 30 minutes to e-sign absolute reams of forms that needed x2 signatures. 40 or 50 initials or signatures for each of us, mostly legalese to protect them from you. The most laughable was one that flashed by that said that the dealership had given us the time we needed to read all the forms. That would have taken days. The only thing "old school" about the whole process was the manager. True to form he was a glad-handing, loud, aggressive man who isn't used to getting talked to the way such people need to be talked to. Last, when you go in, see ALL the overhead that they have in personnel and facilities that you will be paying for as part of your purchase price. In summary Jeremy earned them our 3 stars all by himself. If they have the car you want, ask for him. And then hold on, it's a wild ride.
