While the work was completed in a few days, I was not notified of the issue and what was being done. The car was also returned dirtier than when it was dropped off and still smells of antifreeze.

The dealership visually is clean. Brian and Brandon gave excellent service. I would release another car in the future just because of them.

We had a wonderful salesman, Jalen (the handsome one !!!) He took care of us and made the whole "dealership experience" smoothe and painless. Jalen bent over backwards to get us the best deal and made sure we had everything we needed. Great dealership and salesman. Finance was great also, knew his stuff and made it fast and simple. We drove 3 hours just to work with this dealership, because they worked with us 🥰

My wife & I have used this dealership for several years. I had numerous bad issues in the past that were not great in terms of servicing but it has changed dramatically since changing ownership. I can state that a recent visit with a Tucson with several issues was resolved in a perfect manner. I was taken care of by Ashley (a service representative) and was impressed - 10/10!

Service department is terrible. They never fix the issue and when they say they’ll do something such as returning with a full tank of gas or a clean vehicle it doesn’t happen. I personally have told at least six people to never use Hyundai of Ft. Meyers. I love my Palisade but after the last six months dealing with your service department will be trading it in on another brand

Terrible experience. Did a trade in payoff and over 30 days later they have not paid the previous loan. I’ve already had to pay the payment for the vehicle I traded in because I was getting late fees due to Hyundai not sending in the payoff check. Now I’m having to pay again this month because they STILL haven’t paid off the trade in. That’s two months paid for a car that I haven’t had in over 30 days. Now I’m also having the first payment for my new vehicle purchased through them come out as well. Everytime I reach out to the dealership I’m just sent to a voicemail. It’s been over TWO weeks and not a single phone call has been returned. The car I traded in was financed through Carmax auto and multiple people there have said this is unheard of for a trade in payoff to go this long within sending the money or notifying that the loan will be paid off so we can stop getting late fees for nonpayment. I had to show up to Hyundai Ft Myers unannounced to get the finance department/ manager to finally talk to us. Said he would have an answer the next morning. Never heard from him the next day until I repeatedly called and threatened getting my lawyer involved if I kept getting sent to voicemail.. he answered the phone right away. First they said the payoff was wired for payoff and now it’s been sent by the mail. But they didn’t send it until I started questioning why I was still paying for a car that’s in their possession. The entire experience has been shady. I’ve lost all confidence in the dealership and the service that is provided there.

First time using their service. All went well Carol assisted me she was really nice. I was done in 1 1/2 hrs for a tire rotation, oil change and overall check.

My experience with the service department was very smooth due to Efe Atay. He managed my car’s service respectfully and managed to get my car finished sooner.
