I still can not understand why, when you initially arrive at the Service Department it takes at least 15 minutes for a service advisor to come out to start the process for addressing your car service needs. You make an appointment, get there at or before the appointment time, then sit in your car for at least 15 minutes waiting before a service advisor even comes out to talk to you. .

Hyundai of Fort Myers did routine maintenance on my Palisade recently. The appointment was efficient and the staff very courteous. Everything was completed without issue.

Arrived early for my appointment oil change and tire rotation( out of free oil changes) My advisor was great, sorry I forgot his name but his badge said he was from Turkey if this helps ) got all checked in and out within a hour and fifteen min.

Honest and fair service

5 hours for an alignment and oil change Unacceptable I went out of my way for that

Simple oil change 3 hour wait Got car back 50 yards down the parking lot plastic still on seat window tag still hanging and paper mat still on floor Being that far away I didn't even have a trash pale near by Wasn't happy with the whole first experience of service with this dealership Sales dept seemed to have it together service needs help

This would have been my 4th SUV with this dealership. It went well at first but then came the sales tactics in full force. I ultimately chose to not purchase the vehicle as I decided to hold off and go with the hybrid model once it comes out. I would buy here again if I didn’t get the same finance guy. “Just finish signing. The dealership is the worst I have ever been to. The service department is unorganized. Staff is condescending. When I tried to contact supervisor, I have left three messages with no return calls. I left a message for another gentleman that also did not return my call and when I asked to speak to the GM, I was told that he does not take calls. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will take my business back to Gettal.

I was happy with service I received on my car, but check-in process was not good.

Sandra was great in helping find a used SUV that fitted our needs. After we finished in financing she gave us the key, as in one key, and said sorry there is only one key. Cost us $681 at BMW to purchase a second key. Had we known up front the vehicle only had one key we could have made a more informed decision on whether to proceed with the purchase. I had an appointment on May 7 at 1:00 for a tire rotation and oil change. It took over 4 hours for the service. I was a month late and they charged me over $100.00 for the service

Worst experience ever at a dealership- appointments mean nothing and service personnel could care less about the customer- spent all day waiting and the car was never serviced- appt was at 11 am, took the car home at 5:30 and never got the oil change- they never touched the car - what good is an appointment that I made several weeks before- not going back to Hyundai of North Fort Myers- will find another dealer- I live in a gated community and I will make sure everyone knows how bad this dealership is for service

Marco was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable. Not pushy at all, I'd recommend him to anyone. The part I did not like, which is why I did not give the experience a five, was the financing part of it. I wanted to pay cash but was talked into financing because you guys got a kickback. I had to wait an entire hour instead of just writing a check and being on my way. I did not like that at all, the price ended up being the same whether it was my cash or your incentives. I Did not appreciate that.

The service underwriter was great greeting me with professionalism and told me everything to look for as the technician did the inspection, very helpful and had me in an out very quickly.

I would highly recommend Edwin if you’re looking for a car. He was able to get me a good price and helped get me in and out pretty quick. I was not satisfied with the maintenance plan for my vehicle, but luckily I was able to cancel with mostly refunded.

They Is not good between the associates. We were ask to come in and sales person was not there. Sales person wanted to help complete the survey. When she was not there when we arrived. We sat waiting for a long time. To finally found out she had left early and paperwork was not ready. Promised 100.00 gift card we never received that either. Last time we went in sales person looked at us and never said HI or anything. Sale was over so she no need to be nice anymore I guess. I was beyond aggravated with this dealership.

Not sure what the issue was, but it took me a long time to actually talk to a real person let alone get a call back. But once I did, everything went smoothly the gentleman I dealt with Saturday morning was nice and took care of everything got me in and out. Just a complete nightmare With your phone system and patching people across the dealership.

Lucas was easy to deal with and most importantly, not pushy - allowing us time to go home and think about it over night.

1. Getting someone to call you back to schedule an appointment. Had to call 6 times. 2. Had to wait in line over 40 minutes to hand over my vehicle. 3. They didn’t reset the maintenance needed reminder in the info system. Also, stated they fixed my Fob but it didn’t work when I got home. Took a 2nd visit to resolve those issues.

Great experience with these folks. Edwin was very responsive as was Eli. Vehicle was ready for the test drive and negotiations were straightforward with no surprises. I would definitely do business again with these folks!

40 minute wait in line outside. Advisor took a customer two cars behind me. The only reason you get a 1 is because Tyler was the only one working. Complete mismanaged business!!! overheard several customers complaining and asking for a manager. Something is broken at this service center and it is going to be hard to get customers back. Dealership submitted incorrect finance amount to Hyundai Finance. Dealership supposed to submit change. Contacted Hyundai Finance and they said they don't have any changes on the account amounts. They said you should pay what you have! This is not the way people should be treated and I suggest to others...BUYER BEWARE!!
