Oil change was done no problem, yet I waited 2 and half hours to get my car back. Appearently there was a meeting and no service advisor was paying attention to when oil change was complete. 2 other customers also waited 2 plus hours for an oil change before me.

The teamwork of Diago, Anthony and Matt were wonderful. They worked together to help me get a car i could afford. Chole was my service rep and she was very helpful. Went above and beyond. Made sure all my questions and requests were answered and taken care of.
We were in the day before with a different issue. The next day I couldn’t open my gas tank. I had my special needs son with me. The gentleman told me it would be hours since I didn’t have an appointment and they were very busy. I told him if I could get gas, I’d make an appointment and come back. He was very nice and moved us up in like. My wait time was about 30 minutes

No appointment. Engine miss firing, an intermittent problem. Service rep and service mgr both drove the car and could not diagnose issue, recommended injector cleaning. So far, so good. Friendly and great communication.
The friendly employee controlled my Vehicle Identification Number VIN. It did not match with appointment made by Artificial Intelligence AI. AI made appointment for another VIN with 100000 miles. My vehicle is new and has 8000miles. I am so thankful for that intelligent employee who found solution for mistakes of AI.
The work on my car was great my only complaint is The service person Chloe was more interested in my husband than speaking to me about my car. It was if I didn’t exist.
