When they checked the cabin air filter, they opened the glove box. Before your guys worked on it, the glove box used to open slowly, but now it just drops down. Also, after checking the tire pressure, they didn't put the valve stem caps back on. And you charged me for two extra charges that I did not authorize.

I texted him. At one point, he was out of the office, but he never followed up. I called and left a message—no response. I texted again, including both Anthony and our salesperson, Quentin. Still no response from Anthony. Quentin did return my call. He is a nice guy and has been eager to help get a ding repaired on the vehicle, which I appreciate. But a cosmetic repair is not my priority when we still have no idea where our financing stands. He also assured me the financing issue would be addressed, but I have not received a resolution or a clear update. I understand that financing can require additional information. What I cannot accept is having to chase the dealership for weeks after following the instructions I was given. I am now having to escalate to management for basic answers that should have been communicated without repeated calls and texts. The dealership was available to sell us the car. I expected that same responsiveness after we signed. The lack of communication, ownership, and follow-through from finance has made this an unnecessarily stressful buying experience.
