After closing, I discovered it had a transmission problem and could not be delivered. The manager offered another one for the same price which I accepted. The new car lasted approximately 100 miles before the transmission exploded. After 45 days I went to get my money back and the manager offered me a brand new 26 Palisade for the same price, he lied. I give 10++ stars to the salesmen, Genocimo (Jack) who made our deal happen! Rex (the general sales manager) also was working on my deal for about 2 weeks to make it happen! Thank you to all of the staff! I’m in love with my new car. Jack went the extra mile to make it happen for me and he is very honest and not pushy like other salesmen. Check in process isn’t as smooth as competitors. You have to wait for someone to come to you, and that takes forever. At neighboring service centers there is ample people to come greet you or someone available inside to check in you quickly. The service took over 2 hours

Waiting in line to drop off the car for 20 minutes minimum its ridiculous. Dropped off the car and got a loaner which was extremely helpful. However, I was contacted to pick up my car and after at least 30 minutes looking for my key, they discovered the car was not ready. Proceeded to go home again with the loaned. Called next day and was told the car was ready and again, waited another 30 minutes before they could locate my car. I love my Hyundai, but the consistent innefieicencies when dealing with service is making me strongly reconsider continuing owning a Hyundai.
There were several complications to getting my car repaired this time, but when she got involved in the project everything was resolved relatively quickly .
