Car was serviced 4 weeks prior and we experienced an issue with one of the areas that was serviced. Brought it in to address, was told the issue was taken care of. Car died 3 hours after picking up car. Towed back and was told that the issue was resolved.

It was good, completed most of what I was there for which was my oil change. But I also asked to have my brakes checked, and that was not done. I was supposed to receive a multi step inspection and that was not done either.

Alain, the floor manager, was extremely helpful in all aspects of buying a new a Pallisade. After we left the dealer in the new car, we found that only 1 of the 2 phones paired could ring on the car at a time.
