It was good, completed most of what I was there for which was my oil change. But I also asked to have my brakes checked, and that was not done. I was supposed to receive a multi step inspection and that was not done either.
The wait time was horrendous… Dropped my car off the day before. Car was not ready until 4 PM the next day. Car was left dirty from work done.
Tyler couldn't have been nicer. My service appointment was quick and Tyler explained everything that I could understand. He also was able to get me the paperwork from my last service visit,that numerous phone inquiries were unable to produce.

Took the Santa Cruz in for oil change and came out with two problems. Rattling in the fan and now no cold air.
There was no one to greet me when I pulled into line. I had to get out and find someone and she told me to get in line. About 10 min later someone came over and saId we'll be right with you. My experience, with the dealership, was not that good, we purchased a vehicle that it looks like it was use to practice on how to paint a vehicle. Am still finding areas in the vehicle that are not supposed to painted but there are. Not good at all.
We were looking for a Limited Palisade specifics white -light interior and tow package - reached out on their website -received immediate response confirming the inventory and if we had a preference on a day and time -appointment was set with Jocko (Giacomo) was shown the inventory-had exactly the car we wanted -walked us through options -explained ZERO pressure and was probably one of our easiest car purchases ever!
Michael Hernandez took very good care of us in the service department. He made sure we understood everything before and kept us in the clear of understanding even after service was done as well on our next steps. Lastly he even worked a great deal for us! You don’t have to guess who we’ll be asking for on our next scheduled service appointment.
