When they checked the cabin air filter, they opened the glove box. Before your guys worked on it, the glove box used to open slowly, but now it just drops down. Also, after checking the tire pressure, they didn't put the valve stem caps back on. And you charged me for two extra charges that I did not authorize.

We purchased a used vehicle at this dealership and the service from our sales rep Edwin and finance manager Chris was great. We didn’t feel pressured and the process was pleasant. They seem to listen to their clients’ wishes and make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Days after the purchase, we were instructed to call Suncoast and answer additional questions. I did exactly that. Suncoast told me it would communicate with the dealership’s finance team and that the dealership would follow up. I subsequently received a time-sensitive letter that arrived with insufficient time for me to reasonably meet the response deadline.
The ball has been dropped repeatedly by Anthony in finance. I texted him. At one point, he was out of the office, but he never followed up. I called and left a message—no response. I texted again, including both Anthony and our salesperson, Quentin. Still no response from Anthony.
Quentin did return my call. He is a nice guy and has been eager to help get a ding repaired on the vehicle, which I appreciate. But a cosmetic repair is not my priority when we still have no idea where our financing stands. He also assured me the financing issue would be addressed, but I have not received a resolution or a clear update.
I understand that financing can require additional information. What I cannot accept is having to chase the dealership for weeks after following the instructions I was given. I am now having to escalate to management for basic answers that should have been communicated without repeated calls and texts.
The dealership was available to sell us the car. I expected that same responsiveness after we signed. The lack of communication, ownership, and follow-through from finance has made this an unnecessarily stressful buying experience.

Drop car for oil change and tire rotation. Premarket tires to insure rotated according to owners manual. Rotated differently, no good reason by service provided except yall wanted to do front end alignment and change air filter under 12k miles on brand new car.

Not a good experience at all. Sorry but getting a call back took way too long and we had to call back a day later. Seems the tech had a very difficult time diagnosing the issue. Someone else had to after a full day. I was able to get the part I needed sooner than the dealership and frankly, you are too expensive. I called a local small shop and they were much more helpful. This is hysterical. It won’t let me pick NO above and submit this survey. This is a NO.
