Service department is terrible. They never fix the issue and when they say they’ll do something such as returning with a full tank of gas or a clean vehicle it doesn’t happen. I personally have told at least six people to never use Hyundai of Ft. Meyers. I love my Palisade but after the last six months dealing with your service department will be trading it in on another brand

Terrible experience. Did a trade in payoff and over 30 days later they have not paid the previous loan. I’ve already had to pay the payment for the vehicle I traded in because I was getting late fees due to Hyundai not sending in the payoff check. Now I’m having to pay again this month because they STILL haven’t paid off the trade in. That’s two months paid for a car that I haven’t had in over 30 days. Now I’m also having the first payment for my new vehicle purchased through them come out as well. Everytime I reach out to the dealership I’m just sent to a voicemail. It’s been over TWO weeks and not a single phone call has been returned. The car I traded in was financed through Carmax auto and multiple people there have said this is unheard of for a trade in payoff to go this long within sending the money or notifying that the loan will be paid off so we can stop getting late fees for nonpayment. I had to show up to Hyundai Ft Myers unannounced to get the finance department/ manager to finally talk to us. Said he would have an answer the next morning. Never heard from him the next day until I repeatedly called and threatened getting my lawyer involved if I kept getting sent to voicemail.. he answered the phone right away. First they said the payoff was wired for payoff and now it’s been sent by the mail. But they didn’t send it until I started questioning why I was still paying for a car that’s in their possession. The entire experience has been shady. I’ve lost all confidence in the dealership and the service that is provided there.

I haven't had the best previous experiences so it's possible that we weren't off to a good start but then told my warranty company denied my tire claim only to find out from my warranty company that not only had a claim not even been submitted, they could see that nobody had even been in my contract since September of last year. Then told me tech could duplicate my charging issue. When I questioned it further, then all of a sudden he was able to diagnose it.
It was good; I had to wait a bit longer than usual, but that was because the car had other issues—still, it was good.

After spending almost 2 decades in the automotive business I have found myself hating to go look for vehicles. Let me tell you Elias and Hyundai of Fort Myers made the process so easy and fun. We asked for a copy of the papers signed to which we received a USB fob. We got home and when we put the fob into our computer, it was blank. We went back to the dealership and asked to talk to the person who filled out the paperwork and was told he was not in, but they would check to see if they could get another fob. We got the fob and when we put it into the computer and printed the paperwork, we found that there were additional charges for the financing instead of the savings we thought we were to get. We immediately paid the financed amount $46,964.50 in full, but was charged an additional $152.90 for the financed charges to that date. That is why we are not rating the dealership with 5 stars. The salesman was aware from the start that we intended to pay the total in full as a cash deal.

It was good, completed most of what I was there for which was my oil change. But I also asked to have my brakes checked, and that was not done. I was supposed to receive a multi step inspection and that was not done either.
The wait time was horrendous… Dropped my car off the day before. Car was not ready until 4 PM the next day. Car was left dirty from work done.
Tyler couldn't have been nicer. My service appointment was quick and Tyler explained everything that I could understand. He also was able to get me the paperwork from my last service visit,that numerous phone inquiries were unable to produce.

My experience, with the dealership, was not that good, we purchased a vehicle that it looks like it was use to practice on how to paint a vehicle. Am still finding areas in the vehicle that are not supposed to painted but there are. Not good at all.
We were looking for a Limited Palisade specifics white -light interior and tow package - reached out on their website -received immediate response confirming the inventory and if we had a preference on a day and time -appointment was set with Jocko (Giacomo) was shown the inventory-had exactly the car we wanted -walked us through options -explained ZERO pressure and was probably one of our easiest car purchases ever!
Michael Hernandez took very good care of us in the service department. He made sure we understood everything before and kept us in the clear of understanding even after service was done as well on our next steps. Lastly he even worked a great deal for us!
