I had to leave a review for the incredibly stellar service. I just received from Jasmine in the parts department. I have a Hyundai Sonata 2021 that wasn’t starting because my key fob needed a new battery when I called the Naples dealership where I originally purchased the vehicle. Alan at Tamiami Hyundai in Naples told me I would need a new key fob and it would be $665 for the fob and 250 for the labor to program it.
Obviously, this was not ideal as I live in Fort Myers and didn’t want to drive down to Naples and pay nearly $1000 to get a new key fob.
When I called Hyundai of Fort Myers I luckily was connected to Jasmine in the parts department, who said to just come over with my key fob and she would change the battery, no charge.
This small kindness speaks volumes, and I will purchase my next vehicle through Hyundai of Fort Myers without a doubt.
Thank you so much to Jasmine for being honest and turning my nightmare into a very simple procedure.

Rick was great! He helped to diagnose my issue over the phone and tried some immediate fixes to get me back on the road. When it was clear that the car needed more, he stayed late to get my car in next day's line up and got me a ride-share home! the next day BOOM my issue fixed! Hyundai of Fort Myers has been wonderful in servicing our car!

I give 10++ stars to the salesmen, Genocimo (Jack) who made our deal happen! Rex (the general sales manager) also was working on my deal for about 2 weeks to make it happen! Thank you to all of the staff! I’m in love with my new car. Jack went the extra mile to make it happen for me and he is very honest and not pushy like other salesmen. He was super helpful and I highly recommend talking to him when searching for a new car!!!!!

The appointment was at 8a and they didn't finish until 12:30. They didn't even rotate my tires liked asked. When asked about why it's taking so long, they claimed they were backed up, but others that came in after me were finished sooner (and had the same thing done.

Check in process isn’t as smooth as competitors. You have to wait for someone to come to you, and that takes forever. At neighboring service centers there is ample people to come greet you or someone available inside to check in you quickly. The service took over 2 hours

Waiting in line to drop off the car for 20 minutes minimum its ridiculous. Dropped off the car and got a loaner which was extremely helpful. However, I was contacted to pick up my car and after at least 30 minutes looking for my key, they discovered the car was not ready. Proceeded to go home again with the loaned. Called next day and was told the car was ready and again, waited another 30 minutes before they could locate my car. I love my Hyundai, but the consistent innefieicencies when dealing with service is making me strongly reconsider continuing owning a Hyundai.
There were several complications to getting my car repaired this time, but when she got involved in the project everything was resolved relatively quickly .

He made contact with me daily to keep me updated on the status of delivery, including sending documentation of the credentials of Friendly Auto Transporters and a video of my car being loaded onto the transport truck. Mike was great to work with and I highly recommend him.
Rolando did an amazing job helping my mother find her new Santa Fe! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features in the vehicle and all of the safety equipment.
