Walked in to test drive the Hyundai Santa Fe, I was greeted at the front door and brought to a sale men. Tanner helped me a allowed me to test drive the car I was interested in. Tanner was polite, professional, and patient. After the test drive, Tanner asked me if I was interested in making a deal and moat importantly Tanner was not pushy. Tanner worked out the numbers with the finance manger to make the seal come true! Everyone was pleasant and will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Wasn’t the best experience, was already pre approved and had check with me, knew exactly what I wanted to buy. Was haggles over trying to use dealership for financing. I ALREADY had a check in hand. Was there for close to 6 hours. Should have been simpler. I won’t go back here again.

I wish they would be truthful! It should not have taken a month to get fixed. I now I had a loner but I still should not have taken that long. I even email the general manager and never heard back from him either!!!

As it happened, the service was completed before I expected. Bravo! I got out of the place so quickly, but I forgot something and left it in the lounge area on the dealer side realizing my mistake. I called the place after finally getting somebody on the phone, I explained to him who I was, who my service person was, and exactly where the item was that I had left. They assured me that they would take care of it when I arrive there an hour later to pick up the item, nothing had been done. I asked them to inform Diala, and they didn’t. I asked them to take the item out of the public view, and they didn’t as it happened, I was able to retrieve it as it was exactly where I had left it, no thanks to your service team.

They were very responsive to my request to purchase a car from a long distance away.. They found a plan which worked for me in a vehicle that was on my list. The price was attractive. I did have to ask them to change the final agreement to match what I had been offered. They did match the original offer. Ultimately I decided to get a new car and Ashley Howell is the BEST I went back and forth on a new car for a while since I wanted to wait it out and see. I decided to just go in and chat and see what we could do. I told her my situation and that if I was getting a new car I wanted the bigger model and what features I wanted. She delivered. Was so patient. Never pushy. 10/19 go see Ashley for a new car and Michael King for service.
