Super rude service department . I also was swarmed by car salesman the entire time I waited for my car . I was hounded multiple times about additional services that my car supposedly needed and despite politely declining, I was still asked multiple times after that. I don’t recommend going to this dealership for anybody and I will avoid coming here in the future.

He was easily able to get in touch with and kept us updated every step of the way. While in the shop, it was learned the horn assembly was not functioning properly. My excellent experience started while dropping off another vehicle for routine service. As I was browsing the lot, looking at vehicles for my husband, I was courteously greeted by Rolando, a sales advisor. I explained our situation and that I was just looking. Jonathan was helpful in explaining his experience of possible diagnoses with my unique electrical problem prior to the inspection. Jonathan earned 5 stars! Ft Myers Hyundai was amazing identifying the problem that the Tampa Hyundai dealer had misdiagnosed. The actual service was awesome, but a person noticed i had a small chip in the windshield. He proceeded to try and get approval to fix it, paid thru my car insurer. The whole process seemed slimey an pushy. So I declined his help and got it fixed by Safelite.
The only reason Im not giving fewer stars was Tyler. He was the one person that was always courteous and helpful. However we bought the tire warranty. Thats never needed at an optimal time. I was treated so poorly for not coming in at the perfect time for them. It happened multiple times. It happened 3 times to me and the men were very rude. One time I had to leave and go put air in my tire to get me home because he couldn't be bothered. I lovely car but the service dept needs to improve the Customer service.
The service manager that helped me was very kind and helpful. Considering the volume of service appointments they were completing, I found the 90 minute wait time very reasonable. My only issue was that the waiting room was uncomfortably hot. It did not seem to be air conditioned at all. The heat made the wait feel longer than it actually was.

Megan had a very poor attitude. She kept my vehicle for 3 days which was a great inconvenience. My vehicle wasn't even looked at until day 3. The repair on the chip of paint was poorly done. I can still see paint missing. I mentioned 6 items that were not working properly and they couldn't duplicate them so nothing was fixed. I'm extremely disappointed with the service department!
