I had a nail that was causing a leak in my back tire. I got to the dealership 25 minutes before closing. Shane, made sure they got my spare on and promptly ordered my new one. It took entirely too long long for an oil change . There is no reason to take so many videos of everything. Get in and check everything and get the vehicle out the door. I don't have the time to stay at a dealership for 2.5 hours !! I needed my tire latched but didn't have anymore time to waste there.

Usually good service and timely, however my most recent service was disappointing. Despite having an appointment adequately on line, and told the wait would be 2 hours for what needed to be done, I checked with the customer rep after 3-1/2 hours to learn my car hadn't been looked at yet. I was told they would try to look at it asap and have it done in 30 minutes. It was ready 1-1/2 hour later. That was the first time I had disappointing service, generally my car gets looked at and returned in the time indicated.
